How to log in to file your Pennsylvania Annual Report

Last verified September 15, 2026 · official Pennsylvania sources

Short answer

Go to file.dos.pa.gov and choose Login. Business Filing Services signs you in through the PA Business Hub with a Keystone Login account. New users register first. After signing in, search your business and choose File Annual Report — no PIN is needed.

Step by step

  1. Open file.dos.pa.gov and click Login (top right).
  2. You are sent to the PA Business Hub. Sign in with your Keystone Login username and password — or register if you don’t have an account.
  3. Back in Business Filing Services, open Business Search and find your company.
  4. Choose File Annual Report, review the prefilled information, sign and pay the $7 fee ($0 for nonprofits).
  5. Download the filed report and acknowledgment from your work queue.

Trouble signing in?

  • Keystone Login password resets and account issues are handled by the PA Business Hub help desk.
  • You do not need the business’s PIN to file an Annual Report — only to change one after filing.
  • Be careful with look-alike sites and emails. The official filing site ends in pa.gov.

Don’t want to create an account?

We file it for you without any login from you: $49 total, including the $7 state fee. We never ask for your Keystone Login or password.
