Who files a 2026 report
Every covered association that was formed or registered in Pennsylvania in 2025 or earlier and is still active. Businesses formed in 2026 file their first report in 2027.
If you missed your 2026 deadline
File now. There is no state late fee, and administrative dissolution only applies to reports due in 2027 and later. A missing 2026 report would still cost $15 if the entity ever needs reinstatement.
Looking ahead
2027 is the first year non-filing can lead to administrative dissolution. See the 2027 guide.
