1. Summary

We collect only what we need to prepare and file your Pennsylvania Annual Report and to contact you about it. We never sell your information. We never ask for passwords, entity PINs, Social Security numbers, EINs or bank account numbers.

2. What we collect

Filing information: your business’s name, entity number, addresses, governors and officers — the information the Annual Report requires, which becomes public once filed.
Contact information: your name, email and optional phone number.
Authorization record: your typed signature, capacity, time, IP address and browser information.
Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
Usage data: anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) about pages and tool usage. We do not send filing details, names, emails or entity numbers to analytics.
Search queries typed into our tools, processed to return results and cached briefly.

3. How we use it

To prepare, verify and submit your Annual Report and send you the filed documents
To send order updates and, if you opt in, deadline reminders
To prevent fraud and abuse, keep records, and meet legal obligations
To improve the site using aggregated, anonymous statistics

4. Who we share it with

The Pennsylvania Department of State, to file your report (Annual Report information is public)
Service providers that run our service: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and storage), Resend (email) and Google (analytics)
Authorities when required by law

We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Public records

Business records shown in our tools are published by the Pennsylvania Department of State. We show them only in response to a search and do not publish pages about individual people.

6. Retention

We keep order and authorization records for as long as needed to provide the service and to document our filings — generally seven years — and reminder subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

Our site uses HTTPS. Order pages are protected by private links; our filing dashboard requires a password. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your order link private.

8. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from reminders with the link in any reminder. To access, correct or delete your information (subject to our record-keeping obligations), email connect@fireup-llc.com.

9. Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
