File PA Annual Report is an independent filing-assistance service for Pennsylvania businesses, operated by Fire Up LLC, a business-services company in Brooklyn, New York.
What we do
We do one thing: Pennsylvania Annual Reports. You find your business, confirm the details and authorize us; a person on our team checks the official Pennsylvania record, submits your Annual Report to the Pennsylvania Department of State, and emails you the filed report and the State’s acknowledgment.
How we work
- Correct information. Every deadline, fee and rule on this site comes from the Pennsylvania Department of State and the statute, with a last-verified date. See our data and sources.
- Transparent price. $42 for our service plus Pennsylvania’s fee, shown separately. No subscriptions, no upsells.
- No scare tactics. Pennsylvania has warned about companies that invent late fees or hide that owners can file directly. We say plainly: you can file yourself at file.dos.pa.gov for $7.
- Human filing. A person reviews and submits every report. We do not use bots on the State’s filing system.
- Your data stays yours. We collect only what the Annual Report needs, never sell it, and never ask for passwords, PINs, SSNs, EINs or bank details.
