Refund Policy | File PA Annual Report

1. Before we submit — full refund

If we have not yet submitted your Annual Report to the Pennsylvania Department of State, you can cancel for any reason and we refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked.

2. Already filed or not required — full refund

We check the official record before filing. If this year’s report is already on file, or your business is not required to file, we do not file and we refund you in full.

3. After we submit

Once your report has been submitted to the State, the service has been performed and the state fee has been paid to Pennsylvania, which does not refund it. Service fees after submission are refunded only at our discretion — tell us what happened and we will be reasonable.

4. If something goes wrong on our side

If a filing is rejected or contains an error because of our mistake, we correct and refile it without another service charge, including any additional state fee. If you would rather not proceed, we refund you in full.

5. If the State rejects information you provided

We will contact you to fix it and refile at no additional service charge. If you decide not to continue, we refund our service fee; any state fee already paid is not refundable by Pennsylvania.

6. Duplicate orders

If you (or someone at your company) pay twice for the same business and filing year, we file once and refund the duplicate in full.

7. How to request a refund

Email connect@fireup-llc.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.

8. Before disputing a charge

Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute.
